A HEART AND SOME DECOR

THIS IS A LORI BRECHLIN DESIGN I
DID IN NEEDLE PUNCH RECENTLY.
I HOPE TO WORK ON THE FINISHING TODAY.
WILL BE OFFERING IT AND ANOTHER HEART
PROJECT VERY SOON.

MY CHRISTMAS IS PACKED AWAY
FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND MY
HOME IS DUSTED AND VACUUMED GOOD
SO NOW I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO
PLAY A LITTLE. (SMILE)

I HAVE BEEN MOVING A FEW OF MY SMALL
ANTIQUES HERE AND THERE FOR A LITTLE
DIFFERENT LOOK. LOVE THESE OLD
RUSTY HEART COOKIE CUTTERS.
A FAVORITE TO BRING OUT THIS TIME OF YEAR.

THIS CORNER IS PRETTY MUCH
THE SAME EXCEPT I HAVE THREE
OF MY FAVORITE DOLLS TOGETHER
ALONG WITH THE JUG NEXT TO THEM.

THE GIRLS......
THE TWO ON THE RIGHT ARE BY
NORMA SCHNEEMAN AND THE
ONE ON THE LEFT IS BY JACKIE SCHMIDT.

I HOPE YOU ARE ENJOYING THE START
TO YOUR NEW YEAR AS MUCH AS I AM.
UNTIL NEXT TIME.......LORI

Love your 'heart' flowers and heart needlepunch. Also admire your primitive dolls. I used to make those to sell and fell in love with each one I made. But now not doing shows don't make dolls any longer.

Hello my friend.... Surprised to see me here in Blogland, eh? Well...just testing the waters a bit... I so miss my pals here. Even though I can connect with some of you on FB, it just isn’t the same... Love your hearts and all the glimpses of your home and wonderful decor. I think, though, I have things out of order...My Christmas is all up yet....and I spent the week playing (specifically, finishing several stitched pieces that I have left sit for way, way, too long). Maybe I should have taken care of business first LOL... Hope your holidays were merry and bright... Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

Thank you for your sweet comments my friends!

Robin, I haven’t been good about posting on my blog but am trying to do better. I do miss my friends here too.

Love how you did your punched piece, really nice color choices.
I need to go back to prim, too many bright things and really not my style.
Love your decor, I need to go antiquing and see if I can find some new goodies.
