A LITTLE DEC0R & BRIAN NEWS

MY DEAR FRIEND TINA WOLTMAN GIFTED ME
WITH AN OLD PRIMITIVE GRAY PAINTED
BENCH FOR MY HALLWAY SO I HAVE THINGS
ORGANIZED BETTER THERE.
I JUST LOVE IT!

LOOKS SORT OF GREEN IN PIC BUT IT'S GRAY.

I GOT AN OLD BLUE PAINTED CARVED PEG
RACK UP AND MY LITTLE OLD BLUE
DRESSES HUNG.

LOOKING DOWN THE HALLWAY FROM MY
BEDROOM END.  YOU CAN SEE CLEAR
DOWN INTO BRIAN'S NEW BATHROOM.
IT'S PRETTY MUCH DONE EXCEPT FOR A BIG
MIRROR FOR OVER THE SINK WE ARE
WAITING TO COME IN.  HE IS ABLE TO USE
IT AND IT'S SUCH A BLESSING TO BOTH
OF US TO HAVE IT!  WE ARE VERY PLEASED
WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT.  I'LL POST SOME
PICS OF IT SOON.

WE HAD TO GO BACK DOWN TO
MADISON, WI WHERE BRIAN HAD
HIS SURGERY FOR HIS FOLLOW UP.
WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT IN THE WINTER
AS IT'S A FIVE HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY
AND THERE WAS JUST TOO MUCH
TO CONTEND WITH UNTIL BRIAN
HEALED SOME AND GOT SOME
STRENGTH BACK.  WE WERE BLESSED
TO FIND A USED VAN WITH AUTOMATIC
RAMP AND HAND CONTROLS WHILE
HE WAS STILL IN REHAB AND HE IS
UP TO DRIVING IT NOW.  HE DROVE US
ALL THE WAY TO MADISON AND BACK!
SO VERY PROUD OF HIM AND HIS GOOD
ATTITUDE!  THE REPAIR ON HIS AORTA
LOOKS GREAT AND HE DOESN'T HAVE
TO SEE THE SURGEON AGAIN FOR
2 WHOLE YEARS!!  WE ARE SO VERY
THANKFUL.  THE LORD HAS TRULY
BLESSED US AND WE FEEL HIS
SPIRIT WITH US EVERY DAY.  WHEN
WE LOOK BACK ON THE LAST 6
MONTHS WE SEE HIS HAND IN
EVERYTHING.  PRAISE HIM!

I'M WORKING ON SOME NEW
CROSS STITCH DESIGNS AND
WILL HAVE THEM TO SHOW SOON.
HOPEFULLY IN THE NEXT COUPLE
OF WEEKS IF I CAN FIND THE TIME
TO FINISH PROJECTS AND GET THE
PATTERNS TOGETHER!

UNTIL NEXT TIME....LORI

Five hour drive is not easy for anyone. Good for him! Glad you are both satisfied with the bath construction.

Great hallway display (and bench!), love the mini chandelier.

What wonderful news! Bob would have been complaining if he had to drive 5 hours, so good for Brian to do it. Your decor looks prim perfect! Janice

Lori, what an encouragement this post was, and I know y’all are feeling it more. I’m thrilled at the bathroom progress and Brian’s health progress. What a incredible blessing. Judy

So happy that Brian is doing so well and doesn't have to go back for another 2 years!!! May he continue to improve each and every day.
