TEXTILES, HOW THEY SOFTEN A ROOM

I LOVE TEXTILES AND HOW THEY CAN MAKE A ROOM
SEEM SO COZY, WARM AND INVITING. MIXED IN WITH
HARD SURFACES, THEY MAKE A ROOM SOFTER AND
ADD SO MUCH WARMTH.
BE IT A QUILT, HOOKED RUG, SAMPLER,
PINKEEP, BONNETS, OLD SOCKS,
SEWING ROLL UP OR CLOTH COVERED BOOKS.
ABOVE ARE SOME SHOTS
OF THINGS THAT SOFTEN OUR HOME AND MAKE
IT MORE COZY AND I HOPE, INVITING.
HOPE YOU ENJOY!

UNTIL NEXT TIME.....LORI

I do love textiles to decorate with, now I need to get cracking and make a lot more quilts to hang on my ladders and rails.

Wonderful photos, Lori. Of all the things I collect, I think the early textiles are my very favorite. Old calico and pieces of coverlets, literally, take my breath away. Thanks for sharing all these lovely textiles.
