LAST PICS OF JUDY'S HOUSE......

THESE ARE THE BEDROOMS AT JUDY'S HOUSE. ABOVE IS
THE SMALLEST BEDROOM TY CALLS HIS ROOM. WHEN
GRANDMA BABYSAT HIM HE SLEPT HERE IN HIS
CRIB AND NOW THE BIGGER BED WHEN HE STAYS.
IT'S A SMALLER ROOM BUT FULL OF
WONDERFUL PRIMS TO BEHOLD!

ABOVE IS THE BEDROOM JUDY CALLS JEN'S ROOM
(TY'S MOM) BECAUSE IT WAS JEN'S ROOM GROWING
UP.  SO MANY WONDERFUL THINGS IN THIS ROOM.

ABOVE ARE SOME OF HER DOLL COLLECTION.

ANOTHER GREAT YARN WINDER AND WONDERFUL
OLD BUCKETS.

A CLOSER LOOK AT THOSE GREAT OLD
BUCKETS AND BROWN CROCKS.

ABOVE IS THE MASTER BEDROOM.

LOVE THIS CORNER!

I THINK THIS IS MY FAVORITE GROUPING
IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. I LOVE
HOW JUDY DISPLAYED EVERYTHING HERE.

A CLOSER LOOK.

THIS LITTLE CHAIR IS SO GREAT. THE JACKIE SCHMIDT
DOLLS ARE PERFECT ON IT.  HOPE YOU ENJOYED
THE TOUR OF JUDY'S HOUSE. A BIG THANK
YOU TO HER FOR LETTING ME SHARE HER HOME
AND HER HEART WITH ALL OF YOU.

WE ARRIVED HOME LAST NIGHT FROM OUR
TRIP TO MISSOURI FOR MOTHER RIPPEY'S
MEMORIAL SERVICE. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SERVICE
MORE ABOUT SERVING OUR LORD THAN ABOUT HER
AND HER LIFE, WHICH IS HOW SHE WANTED IT.
EVEN THO SHE IS GONE FROM THIS EARTH, SHE IS
STILL WITNESSING FOR THE LORD.

I'LL BE HAVING MY LAST UPDATE FOR THIS YEAR
NEXT WEEK I THINK.  I'LL LET YOU KNOW MORE
LATER THIS WEEK AND IF ALL GOES WELL
A SNEAK PEEK HERE ON MY BLOG
OF MY OFFERINGS. UNTIL NEXT TIME.....LORI

Judy's house is awesome! I've got a question... the stars on the wall in Ty's room. Are they painted onto the wall? Or thin tin nailed up? Or old architectural stars? I like 'em!

I'll be watching for your update. Your works are always so amazing!

Smiles,

Betty

Thank you again for sharing this gorgeous home with us and to Judy for allowing us to have our "cyber visit" as well!!
I'm also happy the service went well. My husband and I participated in many of those during his time pastoring, and always tried to make them special for the family as well as a celebration and tribute! So glad you have all those wonderful memories to hold close to your heart!!
Blessings and Hugs~

Betty,
Judy said she bought a small roll of thin roofing flashing and drew out her stars on it. Then she cut them out with scissors and painted them black. She said some of the tin color shows thru. Then she used straight pins in the center of the stars to poke them into the wall. Lori

Thanks to you and Judy for sharing. I think my favorite piece is that red hanging cupboard in the master bedroom.
I'm glad the memorial service is what your mil would have wanted.
Hugs :)
